Picton Primary Care Network (PCN)
We are a part of the the Picton Network which consists of six GP practices across the Picton Area: Dunstan Village Group Practice, Edge Hill Health Centre, Sefton Park Medical Centre, Earle Road Medical Centre, Picton Green Family Practice and Green Lane Medical Centre
The Network Team work across these practices, with the aim of improving our patient's wellbeing and addressing health inequalities in Picton.
